Even if you feel too old for the clothes, Urban Outfitters has some great finds for your home, especially in the wall art department. The art is cheap enough that you can choose pieces and switch them out frequently or make a dramatic statement by displaying many pieces at once (multiples of some of these prints could make for a very cool, eclectic wall). I especially like this triptych by artist Kurt Halsey. The colors are bright yet still neutral enough to work in many settings. And you can get the whole set for $40!

Why not buy something from a real artist that will be more longlasting and with a better effect from using good materials. A truly original art piece will bring you more happiness because you will know that it’s not just their for decoration, it makes a statement about you because you sellected to support some real art. You can locate good art at McGuffy or from any number of sites in downtown C’ville that show art on their walls. And call the artist and say “hi” he/she might lower the price if asked….
